Prohibited Activities

To safeguard our platform and protect our users, Kuber does not allow merchants to use its services for activities that:

1. Violate Laws or Regulations:
• Transactions that violate any local, national, or international laws, statutes, ordinances, or regulations.
2. Involve Illegal or High-Risk Products/Services:
• Narcotics, steroids, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
• Stolen goods, counterfeit products, or digital items infringing intellectual property rights.
• Items or content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination.
• Firearms, ammunition, weapons, or certain knives regulated by law.
• Sexually oriented materials or services deemed inappropriate or illegal.
3. Engage in Fraudulent or Unlawful Financial Activity:
• Pyramid or Ponzi schemes, "get rich quick" programs, or unlicensed financial services.
• Offshore banking, shell bank activities, or transactions designed to circumvent regulatory requirements.
• Bribery, corruption, or any form of financial exploitation.
4. Pose a Risk to Consumers:
• Products or services identified by government agencies as fraudulent or harmful to consumer safety.
• Activities involving unauthorized credit repair services, debt settlements, or transactions funded by illegal credit activities.
5. Undermine Customer Privacy:
• Transactions that expose the personal information of third parties without consent.

Violations of Policy

Merchants found in violation of this policy may face account suspension, termination, or further regulatory action.

Kuber�s Right to Refuse Service

Kuber Financial reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any merchant at its sole discretion if we determine that the merchant�s activities are in violation of this policy or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform.
